A visit to Brookhaven's Science Learning Center will excite and engage students. Young scientists can enjoy discovery-based, hands-on learning experiences centered on a variety of scientific principles.
Session Information:
- Field trip sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In-person sessions.
- Tuesday - Friday, 10 - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 2 p.m.
- Activities are pre-selected based on grade level.
- Up to two classes per session, maximum 30 students/class.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO FIELD TRIPS:
Brookhaven National Lab has implemented the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport, or another acceptable form of ID found here: https://www.bnl.gov/real-id/ to gain access to BNL. Anyone who does not have any of these forms of ID will not be allowed past the main gate and will be turned away.
